How to Have the Best Concert Experience

Attending concerts can be an exciting and memorable experience. Here are some tips to help you enjoy concerts to the fullest:

Arrive Early

Especially if you're headed to Red Rocks Amphitheater in Morrison, CO, getting there early gives you time to explore the venue, get a feel for the atmosphere, take pictures, and potentially meet fellow fans. Tailgate in the parking lot with Red Rocks Vodka for a great start to the show. Sometimes, general seating is available and arriving early allows you to secure a good spot. Check to see if general seating is available for you.

Dress Comfortably

Wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for the weather and the type of concert you're attending. Keep in mind that concerts can get crowded and energetic, so it's best to dress in layers and wear shoes that can withstand standing, dancing, and potentially jumping.

Stay Hydrated and Fuel Up

Depending on the duration of the concert, it's important to stay hydrated and energized. Bring a water bottle to keep yourself hydrated throughout the show. Additionally, have a light meal or snack before the concert to keep your energy levels up.

Respect Others

Remember that you're sharing the concert experience with other fans. Respect their personal space, be mindful of those around you, and follow any rules or guidelines set by the venue or event organizers. Enjoy the music together and create a positive atmosphere.

Engage with the Performance

Let loose, sing along, and dance to the music. Don't be afraid to show your enthusiasm and connect with the performers and the crowd. The energy you bring will contribute to the overall concert experience. As a recording artist myself, I can tell you that the best performances are when the crowd is super engaged!

Put Away Your Phone (or Use It Mindfully)

While it's tempting to capture moments on your phone, consider putting it away for a majority of the concert. Immerse yourself in the live experience, be present in the moment, and enjoy the performance with your own eyes instead of through a screen. However, if you do choose to use your phone, be mindful of those around you and avoid obstructing their view.

Embrace the Atmosphere

Concerts are not only about the music but also the overall atmosphere and energy. Embrace the excitement, connect with the crowd, and let the collective experience uplift your spirits. Sing, dance, and enjoy the show alongside fellow fans. Take a moment during the concert to pause, breathe, and appreciate the experience. Absorb the music, the lights, and the energy around you. Concerts provide a unique opportunity to witness live performances, so savor every moment and create lasting memories.

Remember that each concert experience is unique, so feel free to adapt these tips to suit your preferences and the specific concert you're attending. Enjoy the music, immerse yourself in the atmosphere, and have a fantastic time!
