Red Rocks
Thyme-of-your-lime marg
Tequila Shmequila. Taco Tuesday will never be the same with this Red Rocks Vodka Margarita.
MAKE IT!
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Red Rocks Vodka
2 oz. real lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 oz. of Agave
1 dash angostura bitters
Cracked Ice
2 Sprigs of thyme
Lime wedge
Salt for rim
Pinch of smoked paprika (optional)
Directions
- Gently muddle Thyme in shaker.
Add the Red Rocks Vodka, lime juice, salt, paprika, agave, bitters, and ice into the shaker.
Shake until you can no longer feel your arms.
Rub lime wedge or a wet finger on rim of glass and dip into shallow dish of salt (optional).
Add ice into glass.
Pour liquid into your fancy glass.
Slowly sip with a mouth full of Mexican food. Yum!
